Stallion is an innovative powerhouse.

With a focus on process efficiencies and optimization, Stallion is continually modifiying its mechanical process to look for ongoing breakthroughs and discoveries in textile-spinning. Due to this opportunistic culture Stallion developed Stallion Engineering to facilitate its research related initiatives.

This facility was created to achieve the following objectives:

  • In-house technical manufacturing facility for maintenance and BMR activities of existing plant and machinery
  • Research & Development, trial and implementation of cost effective solutions required to decrease capital expenditure in future projects.
  • Promote local development of spinning technology to reduce dependence on foreign machinery manufacturers.

Stallion Engineering consists of two departments

Electronics Department

This department provides Stallion Textiles comprehensive in-house support for electronic component maintenance and repair in existing machinery. It also provides locally designed cost effective modifications and solutions. These solutions and modifications are such that can be manufactured in-house at Stallion Engineering or through local vendors for current and future projects.

Mechanical Department

The mechanical department acts as in-house manufacturing facility for the multitude of mechanical parts like gears, pulleys and shafts which are continually required in the running and maintenance of spinning machinery. It also provides locally developed modifications and solutions for mechanical parts which can be manufactured in-house at Stallion Engineering or through local vendors for current and future projects.

Initially setup in the city of Karachi to facilitate conception and optimization of R&D, this facility was assimilated into the Stallion manufacturing facility at Nooriabad in 2012 and continues to remain an integral part of operations.
