The Infrastructure

Stallion’s philosophy of long-term commitment to its vision is reflected in the comprehensive magnitude of the project’s infrastructure, developed to facilitate enhanced operational efficiencies and a working environment to ensure sustainable constistencies. Stallion’s project complex is selfcontained with respect to power generation, production and allied facilities, warehousing, residential facilities and amenities.

Power Generation

To ensure both consistency of supply and efficiency of power cost, Stallion has made a substantial investment in installing in-house natural gas based power generation plant. The power plant is equipped with the latest models of Deutz and Caterpillar gas gensets. Both the brands of gensets are renowned in terms of fuel economy and consistent performance.

Production Facility

The layout of Stallion’s production premises has been designed with the same concept of enhanced operating efficiencies and sustainable consistencies. The building design removed all departmental compartmentalization, creating a single production hall environment. This enabled up to 50% reduction in material and worker movement, resulting in enhanced synchronization.

Warehousing

Stallion has made substantial investment in developing expansive warehouse space, built on specified codes and standards suitable for housing raw material in bulk quantities for extended periods in a safe environment. The warehousing facility ensures that complete stock of raw material can be housed in conditions that would preserve specifications and thereby support the overall concept of Stallion’s vision of sustainable consistencies. Similarly, adequate warehousing facilities have also been built to house finished yarn as well as waste.
